Daymaniyat Islands | An Experience I Would Do Again Without Hesitation

I’m not someone who usually enjoys snorkeling, and I’m not a big fan of being on a boat either.
And yet, the Daymaniyat Islands completely surprised me.
We went there with a scuba diving organization, mainly to see turtles — and I absolutely loved it. Being underwater felt calm and almost unreal. I saw such beautiful things, moments that made me forget everything else and just be present.
What made the experience even better was the person guiding us. He was incredibly kind and made everything feel safe, relaxed, and easy. That warmth and friendliness stayed with me just as much as the experience itself.
Even though boats aren’t usually my thing, this is something I would do again without a second thought. The Daymaniyat Islands showed me something rare: an experience that pushes you slightly out of your comfort zone, but gives so much back in return.
