From Gullmarsstrand Hotell, we set out on a 13 km bike ride to explore Fiskebäckskil and its surroundings. The path took us through quiet woods, some small uphills, and peaceful neighborhoods before leading us to Grundsund, a fishing port that looks like it belongs on a postcard. Colorful houses line the waterfront, with boats gently swaying on both sides of the river. What we loved most was the calm and cozy atmosphere—there wasn’t much happening, which made it easy to slow down, take in the scenery, and simply enjoy the charm of this little town.
