Clos des Belvals - my favorite hotel ever and one of the most beautiful estates in the Champagne area. It used to be an abbey in the Middle Ages, you can still see the authentic surrounding walls. The clos serves the most amazing views, ideal to sit back and relax with a nice glass of the owner’s champagne. Dominique is the sweetest. When you get the chance to meet him and he shares his vision on life and ‘champagne making’ you will be all ears. Definitely visit the family’s cellars in Épernay.
