If you're looking for a fun spot in Tulum for a date night or a night out with friends, Palma Central is the place to be. This lively outdoor food market features over 10 food stalls offering a variety of cuisines, from Asian dishes and burgers to tacos, pizzas, and empanadas. There's also a bar serving soft drinks, cocktails, beer, and wine. We tried the vegan tacos at Tako Flako, the chicken pad Thai at Asian Bodega, and the sweet corn empanada from Carusa. Everything we tried was incredibly good, it’s honestly hard to pick a favorite! If we must choose, though, we’d probably go for the pad Thai. Or wait, maybe the tacos! The atmosphere at Palma Central is vibrant and welcoming, and on certain nights you can even enjoy live music with a DJ or salsa. You really need to see this place for yourself. Trust us, one visit won’t be enough! Palma Central is open from 9 AM to 2 PM and 5 PM to midnight, but it’s closed on Wednesdays.
