Birtvisi Canyon hike and another night out in Tbilisi
A few hours back to nature, and a fun night out in vibrant Tbilisi.

One night in the city and already in need of another dose of nature, we decided to go on a hike to nearby Birtvisi Canyon. With some enthusiastic dogs following us the entire way, and a hidden moss-covered fortress in the midst of the canyon, this hike turned out to be surprisingly fun!
Tbilisi night
Sometimes, even when I absolutely love the local food, all I crave is a good old Italian pizza. Luckily those can also be found at the aptly named Tbillisimo restaurant. Afterwards we heard some live music and followed the sound to a quirky little wine bar / art studio called Impulse - a great little find in the city!
Sleep at Unfound Door Hotel
One of my favourite hotels to date, Unfound Door Hotel is as beautiful as can be. A grand historical building, covered with art and designed with love and luxury, it felt like I had been transported to a different era.
