On the first morning, we kicked off our work-week by looking into the current state of our platform, tried it ourselves and looked at client usecases. Later in the day, we took time to reflect and ask ourselves an important question: Why do we do what we do? We delved deeper into our motives and reasons. This introspective exercise allowed us to gain clarity about our purpose as a company. Once we had a clear understanding of our "why", we moved on to define our long-term vision, setting a clear direction for our future actions and decisions.
