Visit the winery 'HORA'
Make lunch reservations at the Hora winery. Do an olive oil & wine tasting and order the local dish 'peka'. This is a slow-baked meat with vegetables. Seriously one of my best meals in Hvar. For only 30 euros per person, you'll get the wine tasting, olive oil tasting, a main, a salad, and a dessert. If you're a busy bee, you can come a bit earlier and visit Starigrad.

The restaurant is located in an old little abandoned vineyard village. It's a hidden gem surrounded by nature. They serve you homemade local food & wine and make everything from scratch. This is a tiny, local restaurant, so make sure you make reservations in advance.
