Arriving at a National Trust cottage!
A perfect base to explore the coast of Northern Ireland in a cosy National Trust cottage. The cottage is based in Portbradden. It is located close to everything and you get to wake up to the sound of the sea and even see some cows on the beach each afternoon!
Exploring Portbradden Harbour
It is very private where the cottage is located but a hikingtrail to the Giant's Causeway starts just around the corner. There are only a few houses in the harbour but you can park your car to start the trail. After a view minutes you encounter a waterfal after going through an opening in de rocks. At low tide you can explore the other side of the harbour and climb your way to the other side of the beach where you will definitely encounter some cows on the beach in the afternoon. Don't worry, they are completly harmless!
