Can't describe how happy we were when entering the Puglia region. We've visited for the first time in 2020 and fell in love with its authenticity. Our go-to accommodation is the beautiful Masseria Le Cerase in Conversano. Surrounded by nothing more than kilometres of olive yards, you can't think of a better place to unwind. Check-in and spend the day here. Go and buy food at the local Conad store and serve it on the outside terrace (you'll have a wonderful view on the sunset).
