Restaurant SIA is an absolute must when you’re in Prague. It’s a fantastic spot with a unique vibe that instantly immerses you in an Asian atmosphere. What makes it extra special is that the restaurant spans three floors, each with its own open kitchen and specialty.
Downstairs, the focus is on the robata charcoal grill, giving dishes their delicious smoky flavor. On the middle floor, you can watch the chefs prepare dim sum and dumplings, while upstairs the spotlight is on traditional Peking duck and sizzling wok dishes. We started with delicious prawn crackers, so flavorful that we immediately knew we were in for a treat. The rest of the evening was a culinary journey full of aromas, colors, and flavors that transported us straight to Asia.
SIA isn’t just a meal; it’s a complete experience that you absolutely can’t miss in Prague.
